This means we have a great ‘margin of safety’ on these assets and are able to add value to them via a program of cost effective refurbishment.


We recycle all of our capital out to reinvest in even more properties.


We buy and hold these assets in perpetuity and derive an income through the rents.


Thereafter, we pay our investors a monthly dividend so that they can use to enhance their lifestyles: fund day to day expenditure, holidays and some even pay for private school fees!
