The Details of the Title Splitting course:

4 weeks initially +

6 hours of one to one property coaching post purchase of the MUFB.

If you are excited about building / scaling your property portfolio and being able to recycle your capital out of each MUFB purchase (to reuse for future purchase) but don’t know how to get into this lucrative but fairly complex strategy then join our 4 weeks 1-1 course.

I will teach you the theory of Title Splitting and also provide you with a 1-1 personalised support to help YOU find and acquire the right MUFB, finance, refurb, Title Split, refinance and recycle your capital.

After the initial 4 weeks we provide you with an additional 6 hours of coaching, which is designed to help you execute on the whole Title Splitting strategy, which covers the legal (title splitting), refurbishment, refinance and recycling of capital processes.

You will be supported for 12 months or when you complete your first title splitting deal.
