Property Sourcing Programme - Minimum investment

£100,000

You must have a clean credit record and the ability to apply and secure mortgages and bridge loans. 

You will need to sign a “Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)” as well Quiddity Sourcing agreement.

You will also need to show proof of funds to be able to purchase our deals, as we expect buyers to be in a position to buy within a timeframe.

You will need readily accessible capital to invest in purchasing blocks of flats.

You are also responsible for undertaking your own due diligence on each property to ensure they meet your expectations of being able to conduct a title splitting strategy.

You are expected to fully understand how Title Splitting as a strategy works. 

You will have no cause for complaints if after purchasing the multi unit freehold blocks you lack the skills to execute on the strategy and recycle most (if not all) of your capital out.
