The minimum investment is £100,000.

Investors can choose between a 3 year fixed or 5 year fixed term.

Investors classed as ‘sophisticated investors’ or High Net Worth (HNW) Individuals can invest.


Currently, the financial thresholds to qualify for the high net worth
individual threshold are to have received £100,000 of income in
the previous financial year, or to have held net assets of £250,000
(excluding an investor’s primary residence or pension) throughout
the previous financial year.

Your capital will be secured against the property being purchased.


Depending on the size of your investment, you may also be able to register a first charge against the asset being purchased.

Investors will be rewarded with a monthly payment for their investments.


The initial capital will be repaid at the end of the loan term. 

Investors can choose to re-sign a new agreement with Quiddity Capital at terms which are offered at the time.

The business model for Quiddity Group Ltd is simple.


We acquire below market properties, add value to them by refurbishment amongst other ways, then refinance on long term fixed rate mortgages.

These properties are put up for rent to tenants who have a good credit score, successfully passed credit checks and affordability tests.

The rent is used to pay the interest only mortgages and the excess profit is utilised to pay the investors their monthly returns, ie servicing the investor debt.
