At Quiddity Estate Management we pride ourselves in delivering excellent levels of service to both our tenants as well as our landlords/ investors.
We use our in-house teams to carry out property checks and repairs / maintenance.
Landlords only pay a monthly fee as a percentage of gross rent for the management, which includes ensure the properties are legally compliant to be rented.
Unlike what has come to be typical in this industry, Quiddity Estate Managment DOES NOT inflate repairs and maintenance costs. We operate a very transparent policy and share with landlords the invoices we get from external tradesmen when utilitised.
Doing this get rid of excessive and unnecessary additional costs to landlords, which eat into the monthly profits.
As experienced landlords we were sick of unscrupulous property management agents and thus decided to bring this function in house – thus the creation of Quiddity Estate Management Ltd as a business in 2016. 
We are as picky with the landlords we choose to take on as much as the property we manage.
We believe in providing a very level of accommodation to our tenants, which means we fix things promptly and keep our customers happy and paying. This means that landlords are happy as vacancy rates are low and they increase their passive income.
